This paper deals with a research on adaptive control system for a class of objects which has an extreme characteristics. This system plays an important role in saving the burned oil and it is used to apply to many different systems such as steel lamination systems, brick making systems, glass making systems. The simulation results have showed that the way of design is suitable and the ability of application has been available in reality.
