Counting and measuring electrical energy is the main job of electrical engineering. Business target is the most important thing of every power station, when doing the business one has to pay attention to the cost price and the power loss. Using the high technology in managing electric energy will reduce the labour cost, especially business electric power loss in the process of transferring. Thus, the Automatic Meter Reading has started been using in the world and also in Viet Nam. It has just been tested in Bac Ninh and some other power stations. It is almost new to the electrical engineering so studying the Automatic Meter Reading has a high practical result.
