This article presents the research and development of an adaptive control system that is suitable for extremal systems. This automatic control system has the role to save oil and gas in general furnaces in many different technologies such as steel lamination, enamelled tiles producing, glass manufacturing, automobile production, etc. The simulation results show the judiciousness of the design ideas and the ability to put applications into practice.
