Chinese XCMG firm has been researching and developing new products, vibratory roller XS12, X202…,which achieve the international standard ISO on noise and vibrations for domestic and foreign market. Therefore, the research and development center of XCMG has signed research contracts with the authors who have been tasked to research and find out solution for meeting the international standard ISO on noise and vibrations. In this paper, the authors want to show results in design optimization of vibration isolation systems for cab’s vibratory roller. From test results, the authors offer an improved solution of the design for vibration isolation systems. Application of computer softwares such as ProE software to build 3D models and ANSYS software to simulate and calculate the optimal design is also the aim of researches. These results are useful for manufacturing industries for mechanical components.
