Improving the quality of the teachers and education staff in general management, personnel management at the National Defense Education Center, students in particular security mission and urgency for improving long-term high quality education and effective national defense and security for pupils and students. To accomplish this task, we need to master the actual quality, the effectiveness of personnel management, which proposed solutions scientifically feasible to continuously improve the quality of the staff working in management at national Defense Education Center, student security.
