The wear of a cylinder cam, especially of elevated details in this complex has been had a weakly influence to normal operations of any pill press machines those are widely utilized in pharmaceutical enterprises in Vietnam. In order to make replaced details for elevated details of the cylinder cams when they are broken down, it is needed to know geometrical relationships between those of the complex and the turning appliance instead of manufacturing these details in CNC machines due to lower production costs. Hence, one way to solve the problem is presented in this paper.
