Organoclay was prepared from bentonite Binh Thuan which was good at  interoperating and distributing  in the form of intercalated layers of polyeste or exfoliated layer. The properties of polyster clay nanocomposite material on the basing on organoclay modulation was significantly increased heat resistance of the material. With content  of 1%, 2%, organoclay has reduced  water absorption of the material. With content of 1% ,organoclay material samples were  fabricated for bending strength value, the module of elasticity, bending deformation, modules pull up significantly more than the original polyeste material.
