TÓM TẮT

Thí nghiệm được chia làm 4 lô tương ứng với hai dạng khẩu phần có tỷ lệ phốt pho dạng phytin (P. phytin) cao và P. Phytin thấp có và không bổ sung Phytase 5000 chịu nhiệt với liều 1g/1kg thức ăn.

Bổ sung men Phytase vào khẩu phần ăn cho gà broiler không ảnh hưởng đến tỷ lệ nuôi sống, những đã có tác dụng tốt đến tăng khối lượng cơ thể, tăng từ 10,49 đến 11,81 %, giảm hệ số chuyển hoá thức ăn từ 11,13 % đến 10,79 %, tăng chỉ số sản xuất từ 13,41 % đến 11,33 % so với không bổ sung Phytase, tương ứng với 2 khẩu phần thức ăn có chứa P. phytin thấp và P. phytin cao.

Nếu không bổ sung Phytase thì gà broiler ăn khẩu phần thức ăn có hàm lượng P. phytin thấp sẽ cho sinh trưởng, hệ số chuyển hoá thức ăn và chỉ số sản xuất tốt hơn khẩu phần thức ăn có hàm lượng phốt pho phytin cao.

SUMMARY

DETERMINATION THE EFFECTS OF ADDING ENZYME PHYTASE IN TO DIFFERENT RATION OF PHYTIN – PHOSPHOROUS ON PERFORMANCE OF BROILER CHICKEN

The experiment was divided into four batchs correspond to two types of dietary proportion of high phytin phosphorous and low phytin phosphorous with and with out of additional dose 1gr Phytase 5000 per kg of feed.

The results show that the addition Phytasse in the broiler diets did not affect survival rate, but did work well to increase body weight, increased from 10.49% to 11.81%, reduced feed conversion ratio from 11.13% to 10.79%, increasing performance index from 13.41% to 11.33% compared with no added phytase, corresponding to two diets high phytin phosphorous and low phytin phosphorous .

Without Phytase supplementation, the chickens fed diets in low-phytin phosphorus for growth, feed conversion ratio and performance index were better than that of diets have higher levels of phytin phosphorus.
