Organoclay synthesis from Prolabo - French bentonite and Binh Thuan - Vietnam bentonite in water solvent is studied by the methods as IR, XRD, TGA, SEM. The results are not significantly different when survey in the same conditions: reaction temperature of 600C, the volume ratio DMDOA / bentonite = 1:1, reaction time 4 hours and pH = 9. In these conditions, the d001 and organic content in the product respective is 39.031Å, 35.11% (with French organoclay) and 41.300 Å, 35.57% (with Vietnam organoclay).
